My plant has arrived with some damage

Yes, our plant passport number is GB143455. We are regularly inspected and fully comply with all the requirements for a houseplant business.

This means we are fully approved to be able to send out plants to your homes, using our courier service.

We take a lot of care to package every order with love. However, if a plant has arrived with a fallen or bruised leaf we are very sorry and will do all we can to help you.

A damaged or fallen leaf does not mean your plant will die. We recommend waiting a few days before cutting any parts of the plant after it arrives, so it has a chance to overcome the shock of transport and settle into the new environment.

If there has been significant damage during transport - please get in touch and send us some pictures and we will do all we can to resolve the issue on a 'case by case' basis.

We regularly share updates of upcoming workshops on our social media pages, website and sessions are also displayed in our shop window.

Absolutely, we are more than happy to get your prices for specific plants, with no obligation.

The 'Living Gift Boxes' are costed based on the specific plants identified in the listings on our website. However, if you want to send a specific plant as a gift then get in touch and we can definitely help you out.

Currently from September through to 25 November we are open Tuesday through to Saturday (10am to 4.30pm) and from 25 November to Christmas we will also be open on Sundays and the following late nights Friday 2 December, Thursday 8 December and Friday 16 December (6pm to 8.30pm).
