Return and Refund Policy

All of the images of plants on our website provide reference to the plant variety you have purchased but will not be the actual plant will receive (unless otherwise stated) so they will undoubtedly vary slightly in size and shape.

All plants are sold with a plant care card which outlines the care instructions required for each plant sold. Refunds will not be given for plants that receive improper care - if there is a genuine issue with the plant itself then please speak to us directly and refunds will be given on a 'case by case' basis within 10 days of purchase.
